Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are subject to the event organizer’s stated policies.
  • Some events or listings may clearly specify a no-refund policy.
  • If refunds are permitted, requests must be submitted before the scheduled event date.
  • The event organizer or vendor is the Merchant of Record and is responsible for issuing refunds. EventLuma may assist with disputes or processing, but ultimate responsibility lies with the organizer/vendor.
  • Service fees and processing charges (if any) may be non-refundable.

  • If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified and refunded in accordance with the event organizer’s policy.
  • If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders may be offered the option to transfer their tickets to the new date or request a refund (if permitted by the organizer).
  • The event organizer or vendor is the Merchant of Record and is responsible for issuing refunds. EventLuma may assist with dispute resolution, but ultimate responsibility lies with the organizer/vendor.
  • Service fees and processing charges (if any) may be non-refundable.

  • Ticket transfers (changing the name or assigning the ticket to another person) may be permitted at the discretion of the event organizer.
  • Some events may restrict or prohibit ticket transfers entirely.
  • Attendees must contact the event organizer directly to request a transfer and confirm any applicable deadlines or fees.
  • EventLuma does not guarantee ticket transfers and is not responsible for unauthorized resale or third-party transfers.

  • Users are encouraged to first contact the event organizer or EventLuma Support to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, delayed payouts, or permanent ban from the platform.
  • Chargebacks are ultimately handled by our payment partners and their decision is final. EventLuma will provide supporting evidence during the dispute process.
  • Excessive or abusive disputes may impact your ability to purchase tickets or host events on EventLuma in the future.
